Meet the Pastor

Tony and Allyson Kimbril have been pastors at Agape Community Church since September 15, 2013.

Tony grew up in northern Alabama.  He dedicated his life to the Lord as a teenager.  As his his relationship with the Lord deepened, God began to reveal to him the plans He had for him in ministry.  Allyson grew up in southern California.  Raised in a christian home, she chose to follow the Lord as a young child.  In her teenage years she too felt the Lord calling her to serve in missions and christian ministry.  While seeking God’s direction for their lives God brought them together while attending Oral Roberts University.  They married in 1997.  Together, Tony and Allyson are blessed with five children: Joshua (in college), Corrie (11th grade), Caleb (8th grade), Isaac (Kindergarden) and Kathryn (1 year).

Over the years Tony and Allyson have been faithful to serve in the local church they were attending.  They enjoy teaching and preaching, working in youth and children’s ministry, missions, and serving with excellence on usher and greeter teams.  Allyson has also served in the nursery and as a worship minister.  After moving to southern Indiana in 2004 the Lord led Tony & Allyson to plant and pastor a local church where they had been pastoring for seven years before coming to Agape.  In coming they are excited to see God bring that church and Agape Community Church together as one stronger church.

In his free time Tony enjoys fishing and watching football, particularly Alabama games.  Allyson enjoys crafts, baking, sewing, playing games and about anything outdoors.

Tony & Allyson are both graduates of Agape Bible Institute.  They are ordained through Apostolic Resource Ministries (ARM).
